This ranchito is a mecca for wildlife. This part of the country is famous for it whitetail deer and exotics that can be hunted year ’round! Axis Deer, Fallow Deer, Seka Deer, Ferrell Hogs…you never know what you might see!

This 44.25 acre paradise has all the comforts of home all wrapped up in a SAFE DEPOSIT BOX! The cabin is built 20 inches off the ground and around to STEEL STORAGE CONTAINERS placed parallel and 17ft apart (See Photos)with a footprint of 660 Sq. Ft., however, some loft areas could take the square footage up to as much as 820 Sq. Ft.. The entire structure is virtually steel and practically impenetrable unless you have a blow-torch (or the KEYS)

Enjoy the best tasting well water in Texas – period! 15 Gallons per minute flow of crystal clear drinking water (Absolutely NO odor).

#1 Container includes… Master bedroom, Master Bathroom, shower, vanity, electric panel.

#2 Container includes…FULL KITCHEN includes Cabinets, Oven/Stove, Refrigerator, Freezer, Microwave, Toaster oven.
This container is divided and there is an outside entrance where you can drive-in and lock-up your ATV or your tools! – In addition to a covered front porch and a covered back porch, there is a garage area off one side for easy in and out ATV parking while you are on site and a carport off another side of the cabin for parking your civilian vehicles.

This is really a super “Hunting Cabin” and easily sleep 9 people as is and the lofts over the storage containers could be used to add to the number of guests sleeping inside. – Hunting amenities includes:

3 HUNTING BLINDS: 3 Huge 4′ x 8′ blinds (Easily accommodate 3 hunters each). These blinds are great for bringing family members together and getting to include the young one’s in on the hunt. Feeder #1 is very near camp. Get up late and get to this blind bothering none of the wildlife.

FEEDERS: 5 Automatic/Solar Feeders.. one at each of the 3 deer blinds and 2 you can see from the back porch of the cabin. Believe it or not; some of the best Axis deer shot at this property have been shot from the back porch while eating lunch or dinner. You look up one day and there they are! (4) 600 lb feeder with solar battery charge and (1) 50 gal. Barrel Feeder with solar battery charger

4 RAIN CAPTURE SYSTEMS: 20′ X 20′  metal “Carport like” roofs have been erected placed at each of 3 feeders/blinds. Each f the 4 systems use (4) 250 gal plastic, cubicle totes to retain the rain that’s captured from the metal roofs. Each rain collection system has been strategically placed out of view from the blinds and up hill from the feeders. The watering troughs are gravity fed. Each trough has a float that maintains the water level. There is also a rain capture system that collects water off the roof of the cabin and feeds the “House Feeder”trough. An engineer from the University of A&M (Lord help us) calculates that one inch of rain captures 250 gallons of water at each 20×20 metal roof at each blind/feeder. The systems work extremely well and has provided water every day since their inception.

According to USclimateData.com, the average annual rainfall in Rocksprings, Tx is 26.61 inches/yr.
